Lior aims to create ambiguity between rehearsed speech and elements of confusion, hesitation and “unprofessional behavior” onstage. As she continues, however, the premeditated, structured nature of her actions is revealed. Content-wise, her performance is an empathic parody of romantic language and modes of speech.
